The East Bay Football Officials Association (EBFOA) provides High School Football officials for San Francisco East Bay schools in Alameda, Contra Costa, and Solano counties. These schools are members of the following leagues in the CIF Oakland and North Coast Sections:
- OAL – Oakland Athletic League
- TCAL – Tri-County Athletic League
- WACC – West Alameda County Conference
