2025 Scholarship Awards
Announced at the Annual EBFOA Awards Banquet November 2025
EBFOA is proud to recognize outstanding student-athletes through our annual football and flag football scholarship programs.
Our football scholarships are presented through the Kevin C. Reed Memorial Football Scholarship, honoring Kevin’s legacy while supporting graduating student-athletes who have demonstrated achievement both on the field and in the classroom.
Beginning in 2025, the flag football scholarship was named in honor of Dennis Binion, a longtime EBFOA member and assignor whose years of service and dedication have made a lasting impact on our association and the officials he worked with.
The Dennis Binion Memorial Flag Football Scholarship celebrates both his contributions to EBFOA and a new generation of student-athletes carrying the game forward.
The following high school Student Athletes each received a $1,000 Scholarship for their achievements on and off the football field in 2025.
