The East Bay Football Officials Association (EBFOA) is a group of trained and certified referees who provide officiating services for high schools in the San Francisco East Bay. Our mission statement is to uphold the integrity and spirit of the game by ensuring that the highest level of safety, sportsmanship and fair play are exhibited in every game we officiate. We are committed to continuous improvement, professional development and mutual respect among our members and stakeholders. We strive to foster a fair and positive environment for all players, coaches, fans, and ourselves.
This mission extends beyond the football field by giving back to our student athletes through our member-funded scholarship program, which recognizes outstanding academic achievement and community involvement.
We are proud to serve the East Bay community and contribute to the development of our young leaders through football.
