The East Bay Football Officials Association (EBFOA) provides High School Football officials for San Francisco East Bay schools in Alameda, Contra Costa, and Solano counties. Our schools are members of the following leagues in the CIF Oakland and North Coast Sections:
- OAL – Oakland Athletic League, including CIF Girls Flag Football
- TCAL – Tri-County Athletic League, including CIF Girls Flag Football
- WACC – West Alameda County Conference, including CIF Girls Flag Football
We also support the following youth programs:
- SACMAL – Southern Alameda County Middle School Athletic League, Flag Football
